Apollo's NT-H12ETL Single Swing Column-Mountable gate opener is perfect for residential use. Motors are non-reversible with magnetic encoder and pre-wired limit switches for precise adjustment of open and closed gate positions. Installation is straight-forward with no welding required. The NT-H12ETL has an external quick release with key that allows for manual operation. It uses the 835 single advanced circuit board, which features additional inputs for a firebox, monitor lights, lock, photoeye, siren, strobe light and more. Additionally, the 835 circuit board has inherent safety features that comply with the UL325 standards. It is designed for swing gate systems up to 10 feet and 400 pounds per leaf.
